Bravado Underwear Store Returns Policy

Non-faulty goods may only be exchanged or a credit note given at the discretion of the manager and subject to the following conditions:

  1. Production of a valid proof of purchase;
  2. Return of goods within 28 days of purchase;
  3. Where there is reasonable cause to believe the goods have been worn or damaged since the date of purchase, the goods cannot be exchanged or the value credited.
  4. Items must be returned in their original condition & packaging, unworn & unwashed, with all the labels intact.
  5. Gift wrapping charges nor delivery charges will not be credited.
  6. Where the item sold was on the understanding that it was discounted or on sale, the goods cannot be exchanged or the value credited.

Please ensure that briefs / thongs / swimwear etc are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or credit note of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Please note that hosiery cannot be returned if the pack has been opened.

In respect to faulty goods you are entitled to a full refund once it has been proved that there is a manufacturing defect. We are not technically qualified in this field and therefore it is necessary to return the item to the manufacturer. We will accept all the costs and inconvenience of this process and once it has been established that the manufacturer is at fault we will reimburse you.

You have no legal entitlement to exchange or obtain a refund in respect to the following;

  1. You were told of any faults before the product was bought.
  2. The fault was obvious and it would have been reasonable to have noticed on examination before purchase.
  3. You caused the damage yourself.
  4. You made the mistake, i.e you don’t like the colour, it is the wrong size etc.
  5. You have changed your mind about the goods or you have seen them priced differently elsewhere.

This is our store policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
